It all started with an innocent white shirt.
Turning in your bed – your body tangled in silky white sheets that clung to your body as if there were a second skin – you wake up, slowly. The first rays of the morning sun already greeting your skin with soft kisses you open your eyes with a soft whimper. It's early. Your whole body is arching from the past training you had to endure and now – only moving your body to the side you feel the whole of your being paining.
Taking in a shaky breath you get your body to slowly get out of the soft embrace of your bed.

You sat up and slowly walked back to the door. When you looked across the hall you saw Jerry looking straight back with a sorry look on his hairy face.
“Do you want to talk about it?”, he asked. You sighed and looked down to your feet.
“No… I just want to have some reassurance, that’s all.”
Your eyes were red and dry from a few minutes before. The lump in your throat was still big and tightened and made your feel choked.
“You’ll be okay. Sometimes ‘procedures’ aren’t as bad as they may sound.”, Jerry whispered. He hadn’t seemed to be the reassuring type so far.

Bucky trudged tiredly along the shore…He felt beat and shattered. His mind was a mystery slowly unraveling. He had so many questions that could never be answered by anyone but himself. He could never go back...not after what he had done. One thing he did know is that he needed help with his arm. It had been hurt when he was fighting Steve and now it’s writhing in pain; it feels like it had been fractured.
He walked past the lake to the closest and most tucked away clinic he could find. He couldn’t afford to be seen. As he went stumbling into the side doors of the clinic, he searched each room for a nurse or a doctor.

I just saw Civil War so I'm super hyped, but it was late and I was tired so I originally thought this was only gonna be a few paragraphs long.
Also, I hope you people appreciate my sacrifice in using the American spelling of 'mom' instead of 'mum'.
It was a tough choice to make, but Tony's accent in that scene was undeniable.
Now, with the trigger words... As I have only seen the film once so far, and didn't know I would write this at the time, I couldn't recall most of the trigger words they state in the movie. I remembered 'One' and 'Nine', and I know 'Sputnik' is a thing that's in the comics, so...
I'm seeing the film again in a few days, so I'll try to update it then.

Just saw Civil War again but forgot to bring my notepad to write the words down. I'm pretty sure I memorized them all but the order may be dodgy for one or two. I also realised I really should have translated it into Russian (Google translate please be kind), so here is the English translation in order:
